The Gender Seniority Gap
The lack of women in leadership positions can inhibit the ambition of others, perpetuating the problem.
How we help you.
ISC Group provides a clear path for companies to invest in high impact programmes that connect with and strengthen internal career development plans and connects women talent with the 1500+ women currently enrolled.
Thanks to an appreciation of the additional factors impacting a woman’s experience at work including caring responsibilities, confidence, visibility or lack of opportunity and the menopause, all topics which are explored across our hundreds of hours of annual programming, ISC is uniquely positioned to provide its members with the tools to succeed.
