As the former Finance Director, Azy's new role marks a significant milestone for ISC Group as it reinforces its commitment to the professional advancement of women in financial services with the aim of bridging the gender seniority gap in insurance and reinsurance.
With over 20 years of experience in the UK and global insurance industry, including holding significant senior finance positions, Azy will collaborate closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors, leveraging her expertise and experience to drive strategic initiatives and enhance organisational effectiveness. Azy is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Her responsibilities will include Strategic Finance positioning ISC Group for sustained growth and Market Insights: Drawing on her deep industry knowledge enabling ISC Group to stay ahead of emerging trends globally.
Furthermore, Azy will assume the vital role of Company Secretary at board meetings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating effective governance practices throughout our global operations.
