This week we published our first Impact Report which breaks down the various programmes, projects and events we have worked on and implemented over the past twelve months, along with how and where we have expanded.

Off the back of the Dive-In festival, now is the perfect time to reflect and think about how we can create actions and longevity for all the great conversations and ideas generated.  As an industry membership association,  our role is to keep these conversations alive and, together with our members,  work on sustainable solutions for gender inclusion.

We are already looking toward the future and how we can build upon these strides but this report is an opportunity to reflect on everything that has been achieved in 12 months.
